Graphics & Marketing Coordinator

The Graphics & Marketing Coordinator will primarily focus on local marketing efforts while assisting with firm-wide graphic design. The ideal candidate will work on a team with other marketing professionals towards achieving firm-wide marketing goals and completing special projects.

The successful candidate is an experienced marketer who is detail-oriented, highly motivated, and a creative thinker committed to working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ability to understand and propose practical solutions is critical to this role.

Houston, Texas or Washington, DC


  • Coordinate, develop and produce responses to business development opportunities including but not limited to qualifications, proposals and interview materials
  • Concepting, designing and creating motion graphics for videos, infographics, GIFs, direct mailers, social media graphics, and presentations
  • Creating print & digital collateral for infographics, social media graphics, email design, annual reports, ad campaigns, and client newsletters
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the website and other social media channels
  • Implement overall company and brand standards
  • Maintain graphic standards for safety signage and maintain online signage portal
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for printing and product production and review vendor proofs
  • Assist in the maintenance of the marketing CRM (Cosential)
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • Mid-level coordinator with 2-4 years of experience in the A/E/C industry and/or graphic design
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or related field
  • Experience with RFQ/RFP and interview preparation process in the A/E/C industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, multi-tasking, decision-making, and communication skills
