Lakeview Health Woodlands Outpatient project consists of providing tenant improvement services to 10,726 SF of existing tenant space in a single story building. Lakeview Health provides luxury outpatient addiction treatment and recovery services by providing individual, family and group counseling. The improvement includes a staff area consisting of 11 offices, a staff break room, a conference room, a specimen room and a back of house serving kitchen. For patients, the center provides day and night treatment which includes seven group therapy rooms, an art therapy space, a day room, a psychotherapy classroom and a library. Additionally, there is serving room where food is catered in daily, which opens up into a large dining room. The finishes are bright and welcoming and numerous ceiling features are wrapped with wood wall-covering to bring nature into the center.
