This building is a 12,000 SF astronaut quarantine facility utilized to quarantine astronauts prior to flight and after they return from their mission. The facility consists of twelve private sleeping quarters with individual restrooms, fitness room, and full kitchen. The project includes an extensive MEP system including highly efficient mechanical equipment, a circadian lighting system and a pre-treat OA unit with enthalpy wheel. The project is LEED®Certified and was one of the first buildings in the area to achieve this rating.
